Françoise Boardman was appointed senior product manager for Advanced Voice Solutions for Verizon Business in 2005. She is responsible for managing Verizon Business VoIP solutions in Europe in terms of analysis, deployment and product management.

Since joining the company in 2000, Boardman has had responsibility for developing and launching the Verizon Business inbound voice product set. She has also worked in the product analysis area where she provided mid- and long term analysis, prioritisation and planning of the voice and the IP product portfolio as well as defining key product requirements.

She has extensive international experience, which she gained at Global One, and Telstra, where she worked in sales, product management, analysis and development.

Boardman is a graduate from London University and has a post graduate advanced certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
